What It Is

The system verifies a user’s age before granting access to restricted platform functionality.

The process is simple and takes only a few steps:

  1. User enters personal data manually or it is received via platform API
  2. User uploads a photo of their identity document
  3. User completes a short camera verification

Behind this simple flow, advanced verification logic ensures integrity and security.

Document Analysis

After the document is uploaded, the system automatically:

  • detects document type
  • extracts date of birth
  • extracts document number
  • detects expiration date
  • extracts the holder’s photo

All extracted data is used only during the active verification session.

Biometric Verification

The system analyzes the user’s live camera image.

Two verification modes are available depending on client requirements:

Basic Mode

  • detects presence of a live person
  • prevents photo spoofing
  • detects screen-based attacks
  • verifies scene authenticity

Advanced Mode

  • user performs randomized actions
  • each session becomes unpredictable
  • prevents automated bypass attempts

Identity and Age Validation

The system performs multi-layer analysis:

  • compares live camera image with document photo
  • estimates age from live image
  • compares estimated age with document age
  • verifies consistency with provided data

Each step contributes to a weighted scoring model.

Final verification status is determined based on the total score.

Results and Integration

The client receives:

  • final verification result
  • detailed scoring breakdown
  • verification decision status

Results can be:

  • delivered via webhook

Privacy and Data Protection
